Pros

Great people, good pay, schedule flexibility, great manager, no formal sick day policy so being sick does not count against you.

Cons

Company has many divisions and each division kind of "does its own thing" when it comes to running things. Any kind of roadmap for future growth is non-existent. Executives play favorites, kind of a "Good ol' boys club", where if someone is in it, they are allowed to do what ever they want and you as the subordinate, have to make it work. Workplace was toxic as a specific person on my team could cuss people out on a whim and lacked any kind of professionalism and was never given any kind of disciplinary actions.

Advice to Management

Spend money on improving conditions for employees and giving them better tools to do their jobs, not on perks for the executives.

    Pros

There are no pros to write about. If you are considering working here, DON'T. Unless you absolutely can't find anything else, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

    Cons

They have no problem lying to you in order to get you to accept the position. Corporate and management are constantly playing games and making everyone's work/life harder than it needs to be. Simple reinvestment of profits into new tech would work wonders. Instead, they constantly play catch up with the rest of the industry and blow money on corporate parties. This company operates like it is doing business in the 1800's. Don't attempt to recommend improvements on any processes or you will regret it.

    Advice to Management

Stop playing games and be up front with employees. Top level directors need to stop trash talking other employees behind their backs. At least attempt to make changes in order to improve and start investing in the employees.
