“Lots of re-work to keep you busy.”
Current Employee – been working at John Zink full-time
Pros – Climate controlled shop, Cafeteria open for breakfast & lunch, $2. an hr. shift differential.
Cons – Alot of the people with the knowledge of the jobs are retiring.
Advice to Senior Management – Correct the drawings before they get to the shop floor.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
