Nice place for MDs, not great for postdocs

ProsWell known, top tier hospital. World renowned experts in many fields. Looks good on your resume.

ConsEven in the research areas, more consideration is given to MDs than Ph.Ds. Postdoc pay is lousy. Bureaucracy is high.

Advice to Senior ManagementRead a management book or two. Give perks to deserving employees. Build a collaborative atmosphere.
