Great Place to Start

I have been working at Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory full-time for more than 3 years

Pros-Good health and dental package and not too pricey
-Great retirement package
-Stability is very good
-Salaries are slightly competitve

Cons-One step away from being a govt employee
-Advancement largely determined by time
-Area is expensive
-Favoritism apparent in some places
