APl is a very challenging and stimulating work environment with a critical mission in support of national security

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Laurel, MD

ProsAPL has very interesting and important work, a great atmosphere, and a highly committed staff who belive strongly in their work and enjoy their fellow employees.

ConsThe organization is a bit too stove piped and communications both vertically and horizontally are not as efficient as they should be.

Advice to Senior ManagementManagement has overly emphasized cost containment for the past 4 years and it has gotten to the point where it has begun to affect staff morale. A bit more balance is needed .

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
