    Pros

Great access to resources, great environment for collaboration, easy access to world class technical expertise in diverse aread, and great HR benefits

    Cons

The location is not the best, and there are some existing security issues which hinder mobility

If the security issues were resolved, there would be higher rates of retention of new talent, and maybe if there was more secure employee housing, then that would make things easier
