Pros – 1) Location....Denver is a great place to live
2) Company makes good products
3) decent pay and bonus potential in good times
4) bright, passionate employees in middle management and below
5) people work hard but do maintain a balance

Cons – 1) complete takeover of top management positions by ex-GE, Honeywell, Allied Signal employees which put a hold on internal advancement....believe that is changing
2) markets they compete in are heavily dependent upon the housing market, which is in dire straights
3) everyone is currently stretched pretty thin due to downsizing and turnover

Advice to Senior Management – listen to your long term employees .....they have been through many business cycles in this industry and could have prevented some of the market share loss in the last year
