I have been working at Johns Manville

Pros

Great benefits, good wages, open communication, treated as a person and not like a number, a place for career advancements, shows a great emphasis on the safety of the employees.

Just an overall great place to work, a company that actually listens to the employees.

Cons

The one con I can say is the fact that you do not get overtime pay if you take an eight hour vacation day during the week and you end up with over 40 hours because you worked overtime the days you were there.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep up the good work! Continue to focus on the safety of all your employees, give credit where credit is due.
