International and nice atmosphere. Good people. Interesting business. Strong company. Has a good reputation or no reputation at all. This is good! Also, for the carreer there are a lot of opportunities for those who want to. This is very good!

Cons

Well, sometimes it can be extremely difficult to get the information you are looking for. And also... I would rather have a "no" as an answer, instead of no answer at all. It seems, that everytime the answer to a question would be "no" - all we meet is silence!! Why not be honest? It would be so much more easier. Then I could get my work done.

Advice to Senior Management

Provide more information on cut-backs and the negative sides. I assume that you don' t want the employees to receive that information in order to avoid trouble and fright, but not telling about who leaves a department or who are being fired is also bad. Often we receive information like that too late and have been trying to contact a fired colleague for some time, only to find out that he or she has been fired, but we don' t get any reason. This actually makes it worse. Because, what does it mean for my job? Will I be gone suddently and noone will notice?
Anyway, I love my job - but it seems a lot of information is missing. This makes people guess and telling stories instead of just knowing to truth and thereby be able to deal with it.

Be visible! It helps sooooo much to SEE you!
