    Pros

Excellent opportunity to learn how to run a service business.

    Cons

The changes being made are not changes that are beneficial to the customer. Processes that work in larger metropolitan areas do not work in small town America.

    Advice to Management

Make changes based on the customer's perspective.

  2. Solid company, but Corporate policies and procedures make it hard to operate.

    Pros

    Solid benefit package, good salaries

    Cons

Corporate micro-manages everything and workloads are overwhelming. Everyone is trying to figure out how to fit 16 hours of work into an 8 hour day, every single day.

    Advice to Management

Expand the workforce and lighten the workload amongst your employees. Staff is spread too thin.
