Johnson Controls Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at Johnson Controls full-time

Pros – Nice work and life balance. Excellent benefits with average compensation. Company is rapidly expanding to attempt to capture growth opportunities in foreign markets.

Cons – Middle management has a narrow focus and cannot think outside of their domain. Company seems to want to be a diversification play but may not have the resources necessary to successfully run three individual businesses.

Advice to Senior Management – Focus on improving talent throughout the organization by expanding outside of internal promotions.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
