I worked at Johnson Controls full-time for more than a year
Pros – Decent Finance organization that does far more than they normally do at a company.
Cons – Not a very long term view. Insular culture. Just give me the money attitude.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
