Pros – This is a company that truly values diversity and empowers employees to make decisions an contribute to the greater good in the company. It has a strong history. I left the company and returned. Great company to work for. I am in my 3rd position in 4 years. There are tons of opportunity to grow and develop

Cons – The pay is pretty well, they could improve benefits and vacation time. Very metrics driven, you can get lost in the number and the Tactics, abd lose focus on strategy or why we are doing something in the first place

Advice to Senior Management – Communicate, Communicate, Communicate
