Pros

They believe in integrity and treating employees with the utmost respect.

Cons

They're in a time warp. We are a global 50 organization with little or no name recognition in the marketplace.

I have been working at Johnson Controls full-time

    Pros

Nice work and life balance. Excellent benefits with average compensation. Company is rapidly expanding to attempt to capture growth opportunities in foreign markets.

    Cons

Middle management has a narrow focus and cannot think outside of their domain. Company seems to want to be a diversification play but may not have the resources necessary to successfully run three individual businesses.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus on improving talent throughout the organization by expanding outside of internal promotions.
