Johnson Controls Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at Johnson Controls full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – My direct supervisors are great people and great to work for.

Cons – Corporate could care less about their employees bettering themselves.

Advice to Senior Management – Provide clear paths to achievement. Set clear expectations as to what it takes to better yourself inside the company. Do not let HR come from Corporate office and tell your staff that they are stuck in a dead in job at their current location.
