    Good company to work for.

    Controls Service Tech (Current Employee) Detroit, MI

    I have been working at Johnson Controls full-time for more than a year


    Pros: It's good work environment with lots opportunities for growth and decent training programs. There is a very hardcore safety culture… Cons: JCI is a publicly owned company and thus falls victum to it's own bean counting. This is good for employees since it makes JCI reliant… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
