Pros

Benefits are pretty good and the pay is great

Cons

Management wants you to make miracles happen. They won't give you the necessary resources to accomplish these goals and then hammer you down. The best part of my day is when this place in my rear view mirror.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

You say safety is your number one priority, then ACT like it. Management here is very reactive and is waiting on someone to be seriously hurt. Please listen to your front line folks for the things they need in order to make this a smooth operation.

I have been working at Johnson Controls full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Excellent local/mid-level management- geared toward developing their employees and the business. Strong values and positive atmosphere in the office.

    Cons

While it is beneficial to have a growing line card to provide a greater scope of work, the sales force knows less about the products they are selling. This in turn causes more mistakes and less of a true value to all customers.
