Pros

They work in a team environment, meeting to improve cohesion between work and team participation in an effective manner. Performance measured with results

Cons

Room for improvements in facility design and health concerns. These issues are in work in progress status and is a good start.

Advice to Management

This is not something I have no knowledge of or a place to say. But according to the history of this company it has shown progressive improvments.

    Pros

pay check comes every two weeks. They never fail to make payroll

    Cons

high level top down managment style where the one or two people dictate the policies and they are above reproach. Do what they say, or find another job. Every employee is easily replacement and holds very little value to the corporation.

    Advice to Management

If you are soley focused on the end goal of shareholder value and profit, you are probabaly doing exactly what you should be. The rigid approach to policies and the general lack of common sense is going to eventually catch up with them.
