Pros

Great group of employees and over all middle management was great. CIO and VP are where the problem is.

Cons

IT outsourcing to India and major vendor reduced overall technical skills

Advice to ManagementAdvice

In-source your IT with competent workers don't be penny wise and pound foolish with promises of out-source vendors in some case you are hiring the same people back at greater cost.

    Pros

Credo, excellent company. The company values their employees and treat them well. J&J really lives the credo and employees are proud of the impact they are having on improving patient quality of life.

    Cons

Being part of a large organization increases the buearocracy that leads to slower decision making. The can make it frustrating at times.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to live the credo and invest in the leadership pipeline for the long haul.
