Pros – People there were terrific, the culture was a fit for me, and even during poor economic times they treated employees with respect.

Cons – It's such a decentralized and conservative company that it takes more time and effort to do simple things. .

Advice to Senior Management – Also, they tend to let non-performers linger in the company. JNJs "nice" and sometimes overly-conservative culture prevents managers from making the right call to move someone out or down if they don't perform the job well.
