I worked at Johnson & Johnson full-time (more than a year)

Pros

JnJ is really keen to recruit top talent (or hunt top talent) with very attractive package. Health care benefit and provident fund matching is 2X starting rate vs. other FMCG.

Cons

Limited focus and career opportunity on consumer products line as Company tend to focus more on Pharmaceutical lines and medical appliance vs. consumer products.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Open more opportunity to move across business unit ie. from consumers goods BU to phamarceutical BU
