Pros

Great work culture. Wonderful people to work with. Have made a lot of friends to work with, and you really enjoy your work there.

Cons

Some of the HR processes are not in tune with the times. Also, it is behind similar companies in terms of IT/tech processes and support

Advice to Management

Better thought about career planning needed. Roles should be given in line with performance as well as seniority

    Pros

    J&J has a strong focus on personal development and plenty of opportunities exist to gain experience in other regions / sectors of the business. It has a strong history and is feels like a safe place to be in turbulent times!

    Cons

    While there are lots of opportunities to gain experience in different roles, typically the slaraies are fall behind the market average.

    I have been working at Johnson & Johnson full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    Fair compensation, bonus, LTI and rewards/recognition system. Performance based pay. In determining performance, company looks at both the what and how things are done. Strong leaders at the middle management level.

    Cons

    Flat organizational structure limits upward mobility opportunities plus the ability to have direct reports. More lateral moves throughout career to develop experience. Constant change and reorganizations every 2-3 years.

    Advice to Management

    Please fix the consumer healthcare division - if no return consider divestiture.
