I have been working at Johnson & Johnson full-time

    Pros

Vested in pension program at 5 years
Hardworking individual contributor employees with great passion and talent
Strong brand equity for many of the brands

    Cons

Someone else had a similar comment... if you are unhappy with your treatment by management - don't go to management - keep your mouth shut, keep your head down, and move on! If you want to move within J&J get ready to kiss up to your manager to get a good review and then move on to something else after 18 months - assuming they don't block your move. HR will always side with management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you want to retain good talent, you will need to ask more questions, keep your eyes open and worry more about retaining good talent that can positively impact the company than pleasing the managers.
