Johnson & Johnson – “Good, but plenty of room for improvement.”
1 of 1 people found this helpfulPros
Good opportunities to gain experience in the numerous businesses that make up the J&J Group of Companies.
Cons
They are obsessed with running projects that only focus on the J&J organisation internally. They need to actually speak to end customers and plan projects based on how they can meet their end customers expectations.
Advice to Senior Management
The customer is king, focus on meeting customers requirements and expectations. The brand reputation is excellent but prices are generally in the top quartile. Establish customer requirements and then ensure your business is aligned to meet to meet these requirements at the lowest possible cost. Times are hard, people are looking at cost and brand recognition is becoming less important to consumers.
