I have been working at Johnson & Johnson full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

    looks prestigous on your resume

    Cons

endless misery, horrible incompetent management, annual layoffs

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Needs a complete overhaul. Stop intentionally having a passive aggressive culture; take on some aspect of leading directly and accept consequences of such - people here actually want direction and are tired of there being vague unspoken rules and disfucntional (non) decision making.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
