I have been working at Johnson & Johnson full-time for more than a year

Pros

The organization is well organized. One good thing that makes it to be an interesting place to work is that the salary is encouraging.

Cons

It is sometimes difficult to know the person to whom to report. This is understandable because of the size of the organization, and being one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

It is necessary to delegate more duties and assign people to whom reports should be sent.

I worked at Johnson & Johnson as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

Great learning experience and people development with monthly workshop and lunch & learn. There are Many opportunities if you are proactive enough, especially China needs many mature talents now. I saw lots of growth opportunities there.

    Cons

Human Resources and coordination with the global IRDP program is a mess
Many Managers there lack coaching skills, and focus more on localization than diversity

    No opinion of CEO
