J&J is a well regarded company that looks good on a resume. Pay is relatively good in IT. Management is ethical. Stable company.

Cons

In one word bureaucracy. Nothing gets done very quickly. Peer set at the manager/director level and below is relatively weak.

Advice to Senior Management

Become a meritocracy. Compensation for the lowest employees vs. the highest employees is not sufficiently differentiated. Move quicker and make the tough decisions.
