Pros

Good benefits. Focus on well-being of employees and safe working conditions. Flexible work/life. Strong stock performance over time. Good for working mothers. Open culture.

Cons

Inconsistent experience based on having various managers over time. Inexperienced managers focus on themselves as opposed to giving opportunities to their direct reports. Lots of big egos lately.

Advice to Management

Develop internal talent before taking chances on external.

    Pros

Majority of the people I worked with were smart
    Value time with your family
Decentralized structure allows room for a bit less red tape than other large companies

    Cons

Value people that talk a big game but don't necessarily produce results
Perception and visibility are overly stressed
HR processes are probably the worst out of any company I've worked for
    Really political company
On-boarding non existent. Sink or swim by yourself. Not recommended for new grads

    Advice to Management

First step already happened bill Weldon is gone. Second would be better utilization and collaboration across companies.

    Pros

great to see a corporate company. There are many people that are willing to help you and see you grow

    Cons

Dead weight all around. Especially in the MOPS location. Many managers do not do anything and the analysts/co-ops do all their work. Everyone talks about the credo, but it's hard to see anyone actually abiding by it.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of dead weight. Learn what your managers do on a day to day basis-you'd be surprised.
