I worked at Johnson & Johnson full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Large, diversified company with great resources and opportunity to move within the company.

    Cons

Lack of leadership and vision. Management either does not have or does not communicate any vision other than their desire to make money and keep shareholders happy.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Choose a direction and communicate it. Consider that there are too many of you and too many cooks in the kitchen. Remember that your success depends on enrolling those who report to in your vision. Get to know your reports; your direct reports and those more distant.
