    I worked at Johnson & Johnson full-time

    Pros

The reputation allows access to many companies and colleagues that are from top schools. Experiments with new concepts and technology becaus they have the clout and budget for it.

    Cons

The management and culture is too much on who you know then what you know. You can survive here even if you do not have much to contribute if you have some senior management person to highlight you for a role

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus abit more on employee performance and you would be even stronger

    Pros

Job of high importance in a sales oriented company. A great way to higher management position and great exposure in the company as well as to key customers.

    Cons

Work-life balance is a tough one in such position; most of the time travelling the whole week. The size of the teams might be too big and therefore bringing issues to coach efficientelly all members.
