I have been working at Johnson & Johnson as a contractor (more than an year)

    Pros

People are nice, free coffee and tea, and large resources. That's pretty much it,. Oh there's a company store which can be convenient

    Cons

    Little to no innovation
Too many contractors, very few permanent people
    Temps are not valued
All new projects have enormous launch time, making the trend they're trying to cater to obsolete
    Huge disconnect from customers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Figure out why you have no innovation. You do't hire any new people wit good ideas.
