I worked at Johnson & Johnson full-time (more than 8 years)

Pros

Still offers pension for now.

Cons

Company needs to get better managers and sense of direction. Operating company I was part of was undergoing constant reorganization over the past 4 years with constant fear of being laid off.

I have been working at Johnson & Johnson full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

The J&J Credo is prominent across all of its operating companies and employees are very proud of its high ethical standards. We are considered a "family of companies" and are able to stay individualistic, yet share are the benefits of a large corporation.

    Cons

Change is usually slow, even if it's for the better. There isn't a centralized system of support. It is also hard to be visible in such a large company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Leverage experience of more established companies.
