Global Strategic Marketing at Johnson & Johnson

Marketing Manager (Former Employee)
New Brunswick, NJ

I worked at Johnson & Johnson

ProsOpportunity to do meaningful & rewarding work within J&J's Global Strategic Marketing group. Within 6 months, I was given the chance to create global strategy presentations for VPs, and was rewarded with significant stock options and a J&J Achievement Award. Within 18 months, I was invited by the CEO to present ideas on how to make J&J more competitive to Company Group Chairmen/Company Presidents

ConsManagement encourages you to move on to a new position every 2 years, so you often have to give up your dream job for a required career step, such as District Manager (in the pharmaceutical sector).

Advice to Senior ManagementFocus on + NPV projects that address unmet need and improve quality of life for patients. Please stop spending to motivate and retain sales people who aren't interested in working.

I have been working at Johnson & Johnson
