Great place during good times and in bad, they try to do things correctly however it gets tougher and tougher every year.

Cons

Advancement gets diffucult as you move up the ladder and switching between operating companies is hard to do.

Advice to Senior Management

always use the Credo and stay on the straight and narrow, do not get humg up in what the other pharma companies do.
