This year has been marked by distraction from a restructuring that has taken too long to complete; it completely killed productivity at least in the Pharmaceutical R&D sector. Unfortunately, the Pharm sector goes through an organizational realignment just about every 2 years.

Compensation is ok, but lower compared to Pharma Industry average.

Inept management (clueless scientific folks with no business acumen) in Pharma R&D organization
