Good benefits & pay
Friendly coworkers, somewhat "cookie cutter"
If you get in the right department, there are some really smart and dedicated employees
They try to allow employees flexible hours/telecommunting

Cons

Too many working hours, understaffed
Some departments have lots of talkers, not a lot of doers
The company's large size makes it impossible to get any decisions made, or the decision makers are so far removed they don't understand the issues well enough.

Advice to Senior Management

Eliminate fuzzy communication about where the company is headed. Understand where resources are needed and invest in preventing burnout (especially in your best employees - at all levels)
