I have been working at Johnson & Johnson full-time (more than 10 years)

Pros

Good benefits, generous vacation time, friendly work environment

Cons

Work is stressful, with a "must be done without mistakes" mindset. Advancement is a slow process for some people. To counter that, there are ample opportunities for mentoring and job shadowing to aid in advancement.

I worked at Johnson & Johnson as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

The people at J&J are great. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. The work pace is steady but not over the top. I felt like I had a full schedule but never had to work overtime to finish things. As a co-op, they are pretty understanding if you make mistakes.

    Cons

There are very little opportunities from co-ops or interns to transition into full time positions.

I worked at Johnson & Johnson as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Great management. They really support growth and development of all their employees. As a Co-Op I get an in-depth business experience into the corporate world. My time their didnt solely involve special projects like most internships. The internship contained month and quarter close tasks that were critical to the business. The trust that you are able to build with upper management and responsibilities you are given provide priceless experience.

    Cons

The work life balance could have been better. However, it is good to know that everyone in the business is working just as hard as you to achieve their goals.
