    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try and hire some of their contractors. They have many good folks coming in and out of their doors. Loyal and hard working people they should look more closely at.

Former Employee - Communications Manager in New Brunswick, NJ

I worked at Johnson & Johnson full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

A long standing company with well established processes and programs. They pay well, train and give ample opportunity for additional training and have many benefits for the employees.

    Cons

It is difficult to get hired if you do not start out with them right after college. If you do hired after working elsewhere, you can feel let out of the office community.
