Mobility--Possibility to move across industry/function/geography).
Diversity--Lots of groups (minority etc) that helps career development.
Well respected in the industry
Good brand name

Cons

Not much respect for employee
Too much politics and interest groups
Everything is finance driven--growth potential is limited--not good for innovation

Advice to Senior Management

Credo is a great guidance. However, I don't see how it's followed in the day-to-day practice of management. The company needs to have a long-term view instead of endless short-term restructuring, rebuild trust with its employees and show respect for customers/suppliers/employees.
