Cons – -Work / life balance can be lacking due to long hours/heavy workload
-Lean staff
-Pockets of silo-ism/lack of collaboration within company
Advice to Senior Management – Encourage more collaboration / sharing within company and across operating companies.
Invest in more staffing at lower levels (eg. admin) so that higher levels' time isn't filled with non-value added tasks
