- maintain strategic focus despite pressures within a recession
- Aggressively acquire products/technology while JnJ is in a favorable cash flow situation versus competition

    Pros

    Benefits tiem off and credo love slaries are very competitive. Great bebefits and FMLA....
    Truly great people and great employees

    Cons

    Too Big.. Loose track of employees.. there is for some reason always the worry of layoffs. No job security at all.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Care more for individuals.. Provide more job security to employees and insividuals. eliminate a lot of wastefull cost. Budget more

    Good pay for the type of job in this communtiy

    Have to work mandatory overtime. Having to work 7 days a week for the next 3 to 4 weeks.
