    Pros

One of the good thing about working for Johnson & Johnson is that you get to learn a lot since the organization follows a decentralized structure with businesses in CPG, Medical devices and Pharma. As a result you definitely will get to interact with alot of professionals from different background.

    Cons

Johnson & Johnson lags behind in innovation (considering its size and reputation). Also the organization suffers from way too much politics and weak mid-senior talent. Furthermore, Johnson & Johnson (from my experience) has a very weak internal talent development program. Anyone who is smart and bright tends to have better success at another company than within.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire better senior leaders - ones that will treat people with respect and understand how to develop internal talent.
