“Corporate setting with corresponding advantages and disadvantages”
Current Employee – been working at Jones Apparel full-time for more than a year
Pros – Discounts, nice team and nice people, good hours.
Cons – Not much growth opportunity, very poor salary and bonus incentives
Advice to Senior Management – Need less generals and more soldiers
