Jones Apparel Sales Assistant in New York, NY:   (Past Employee - 2009)

Pros

Great benefits package (401K, Aetna medical and dental, flexible spending account, overtime). Also got to leave at 3pm on Fridays all year round.

Cons

The people. It is not an innovative company at all. They believe that doing the same thing they've been doing for the last 20 years will work in today's world.

Advice to Senior Management

Learn how to use technology other than the phone.
