ProsGreat Benefits, great people, 40 hour work week.

ConsStressful job, management is so hyper- cautious about compliance violations that they shoot themselves in the foot by making snap decisions which cause huge strife to all of us and costs them lots of money.

Advice to Senior ManagementDo a cost/ benefit analysis of your decisions before implementing them.
