    Pros

Great work life balance. Consistent hours per week.
Ease in taking your vacation time.
I work with a great team.

    Cons

I received promotions with little to no raises.
No transportation reimbursement for public transportation.
    Hired some unqualified employees.
Some people don't carry their own weight.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I would suggest people in a team have more say in some decisions. I would have liked my manager to have gone to bat a little more in regards to raises.

    Cons

Training in nonexistent. Things are always changing. It is not a consistent company

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Provide training classes outside of the office. Don't just hand a manual out and expect staff to comprehend.
