Current Employee – been working at Jones Lang LaSalle full-time for less than a year
Pros – Motivating working environment, backed up by powerful tools. The uniformity of services across the JLL offices ensure a high level of professionalism, which will always keep corporate clients happy.
Cons – Big companies have slow processes which sometimes can delay the finalization of a task. Lots of procedures which translate into a lot of paperwork for internal reporting
Advice to Senior Management – Not in the position for such advice.
