A large firm that remains entrepreneurial.

Associate (Current Employee) Chicago, IL

ProsLarge amount of resources at your disposal. Global footprint. Opportunities to contribute and innovate within the firm.

ConsNo real mentorship. Your experience depends on the effectiveness of your manager. No transparency in promotion process. Work life balance is excellent in some teams and very subpar in others.

Advice to Senior ManagementImprove the quality of the HR team and have them participate in mid year reviews, make sure that managers are doing their jobs and employees are happy. Few opportunities to meet with people in other teams within the company leads to little to no cross selling.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Not even a nice place to visit.

Real Estate Lease Analyst (Current Employee) Dallas, TX

I have been working at Jones Lang LaSalle full-time for less than a year

Pros: I can think of very few pros in the lease administration department in Dallas.… Cons: The work itself is tedious. The processes are overwrought and the workloads are crushing. You are assigned a laptop and provided with access to… Advice to Senior Management: No advice. There is a shoot the messenger mentality… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
