I have been working at Jones Lang LaSalle full-time (more than an year)

Pros

Company doesn't encourage over-time, but you'll be on overtime if you can't get work done, no pay for Overtime

"flexible" working time, which means you could arrange your own things in working hours on the condition that you have done your work

company offer much more company holiday, take year of 2013 for example, we could get 12 more holidays than employees in normal companies

Salary growth rate seems good, according to my classmates working here for about 7 years, 15% annual growth; according to one of the Management Trainee, 6000 yuan/per month is her base

Big Company name, and for fresh graduates, it's a good opportunity to learn more experience

Cons

the turnover could be high, colleagues could be your rival when you are on a client-based position, company fluctuates on the market condition

Recommends
Positive Outlook
No opinion of CEO

I worked at Jones Lang LaSalle full-time

    Pros

Good benefits and decent time off coming in.

    Cons

No work life balance. Encouraged to work weekends even if there is no need for the work to be done. The culture is very focused on how much you work and is often the topic of conversation among colleagues. Very poor pay for what is expected. Little direction from management and are then critical if you didn't do exactly what they had in mind. Little room for advancement given the people already in place. Some things that are done border on unethical and can make you feel uneasy if you are a "fair" person. You also feel like you'll get fired when you ask for time off since most people brag about working on their family vacation.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay more attention to the people who do the work and pay them accordingly. Be more transparent with the employees.
