    Pros

An employee has a lot of latitude to solve problems and do what's right for the client. And there are really bright, smart, talented people working at JLL. If a client wants true subject matter expertise on a global scale, JLL offers it.

    Cons

HR is an administration function to manage company risk, and HR programs are good ideas, but rarely demonstrated through actions of management. Management of top talent is left to only the individual's manager -- and most managers are NOT trained to be managers -- especially of top talent.

    Advice to Management

There are too many of you! Hire a consultant to eliminate 30% of each region's executive management -- because you "grew up" professionally with one another, are friends and can't make the hard decisions.

  2. A good experience, they do their best to look after employees.

    Pros

Global company and can provide jobs throughout the US if your wanting a transfer.

    Cons

You can get lost in the size of the company.

    Advice to Management

They do a good job, sometimes they need to look at the employee as a whole and not nit pick small things. But they are a good company.
